Footer – Text Link Underline

Descriptor: Adds underline to link text when it is actively hovered over in footer.

This selection will control the formatting of text displayed when it is actively hovered over for text links in the Footer. Users will be able to choose from None or Underline. Underline would change the format of text to be underlined when it is hovered over. None would not add any formatting when text is hovered over.
