Footer Newsletter Sign-Up

Specific to the Flour Sack theme layout, this section will allow users to customize the Newsletter Sign-Up portion displayed within the Footer. When using this theme layout, the first two Footer Nav columns will be sacrificed to make room for the Newsletter Sign-Up section. If this section is hidden in the Newsletter Signup section below, the two Footer Nav columns will be displayed instead.
