Checkout Banner

The Checkout Banner will be a banner that is presented along the top of the List/Cart page that is presented before users are able to go to Checkout. This banner can give users direction on selecting fulfillment options for checkout, give users details on available time slots, or be used as general purpose. This banner will also include a button that will lead users to the Checkout page.

This banner will only show up when a user is logged in.
