Coupons Banner

The Coupons Banner will be a banner that is presented along the top of the List/Cart page just below the Checkout Banner. This banner will contain a My Digital Coupons button that will redirect users to the My Digital Coupons page. This banner can be used to guide users on coupon functions or features.
