Descriptor: Select the Alignment of the font for the Carousel Title text.

This setting will allow the user to select text alignment for the Carousel Title text shown atop of the Product Carousel. Users will be able to select between Left, Center (the default value), or Right text alignments for where the text will be displayed above Product Carousels.
